Hiking and cycling

Around La Cipière are multiple hiking possibilities. You can walk straight into the woods and fields. There are many marked but also unmarked paths and trails. The quiet country roads are ideal for people who want to discover the area by bike. There are also many tracks to discover by horse and local guides organise tours.

Landscape with many surprises

If you want to take a hike you may start from our premises into the forests and the fields. We collect many hikes by making photos and descriptions, all indicated on maps. The hikes are close by and mostly marked and there are dozens of routes to choose from. The same goes for cycling possibilities. The picture shows Château Laussel as seen from Commarque. Commarque can be visited and forms a mixture of a castle and ruins.

Hiking

The landscape is very varied. Whilst hiking on the quiet country roads and forest paths, the woods sometimes open up and offer wide views. There are many marked trails in the area. Via this website you can have a look.

Walking with donkeys

At a few hundred meters from us you can hire a donkey to make a walk at Le Gissonie, owned by Henri Poilane. The donkeys will carry your luggage or little children and the donkeys are also nice company.
